For applicants

Score 9.5 or above and your tape is automatically added to The Vault. Casting executives search The Vault when they're looking for specific types of players. You don't apply to them — they find you.

For casting executives

The Vault gives verified casting executives private access to a curated database of pre-screened, high-scoring applicants. Search by show, archetype, energy type, age range, and demographic. Every tape in The Vault has already been evaluated — you're only seeing the best.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely and never in plain text).

Tape submissions: When you submit an audition tape, we process the YouTube URL or uploaded video file you provide for the purpose of evaluation. We do not permanently store uploaded video files.

Evaluation data: We store your tape evaluation scores and feedback results associated with your account so you can track your progress over time.

Payment information: When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.

Usage data: We collect standard usage information including browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your tape evaluations and store your results
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you product updates, tips, and newsletters (only if you opt in)
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. The Vault

If your tape scores 9.5 or above and is added to The Vault, your tape evaluation data (score, archetype, show preference, pillar strengths) becomes searchable by verified casting executives. Your personal contact information is never shared directly with casting executives — they contact you through the CastingReady platform. You may request removal from The Vault at any time by contacting us.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and analytics providers who help us operate the service
• Casting executives: Only evaluation data, never personal contact information, and only for Vault-eligible tapes with your implicit consent by using the service
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and evaluation history as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time for optional processing

1. The Service

CastingReady provides AI-powered audition tape evaluation, human expert review (The Assessor), a reality TV player coaching marketplace, and The Vault — a database connecting high-scoring applicants with casting executives. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with any television network, production company, or casting agency.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use paid services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service.

3. AI Evaluation

Our AI evaluation is for educational and informational purposes only. CastingReady scores and feedback do not guarantee casting success or represent the views of any casting director, network, or production company.

By submitting a tape for evaluation you confirm you have the right to share the content and grant CastingReady a limited license to process it for evaluation purposes.

4. The Assessor

The Assessor is a human reviewer whose identity is intentionally kept private. By booking The Assessor you agree that the reviewer's identity will not be disclosed and that this anonymity is a core feature of the service, not a defect.

Assessor reviews are delivered within 5 business days. If delivery is delayed beyond 10 business days you are entitled to a full refund.

By booking an Assessor review you grant CastingReady permission to use your review (anonymized) for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

5. Coaching Marketplace

CastingReady connects users with independent reality TV alumni coaches. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of CastingReady. CastingReady takes a 25% platform fee on all coaching transactions.

Coaches are responsible for delivering their services as described. CastingReady will mediate disputes but does not guarantee the outcome of any coaching engagement.

6. The Vault

Tapes scoring 9.5 or above may be added to The Vault. By using CastingReady you consent to your evaluation data (not personal contact information) being searchable by verified casting executives if your tape qualifies.

CastingReady does not guarantee that any casting executive will view your tape or that Vault inclusion will result in casting. The Vault is a discovery tool, not a casting guarantee.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. All purchases are one-time — nothing renews or bills automatically.

Tape unlocks ($29.99): Non-refundable once the full breakdown has been delivered.

3-Pack ($49.99): Non-refundable once the first of the three unlocks has been delivered.

Season Pass ($69.99): One-time purchase covering 30 days of unlimited evaluations. Non-refundable once your first evaluation after purchase has been delivered.

Assessor reviews ($79.99): Full refund if not delivered within 10 business days. No refunds once delivered.

Assessor Callback ($49.99 first session, $29.99 each after): Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Non-refundable after the session takes place or for no-shows.

8. Limitation of Liability

CastingReady is provided "as is." We make no warranties that our service will result in you being cast on any television program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastingReady's liability to you for any cause whatsoever is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of CastingReady after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
